Lunkwill & Fook Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09690979) with its registered office at 25 Estelle Road, London NW3 2JX. We provide consultation, design and installation services for residential battery storage, solar generation, heat pump systems, home automation and architectural lighting.

When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- The nature of your enquiry (selected from a list)
- Any additional information you choose to include in your message
We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies beyond those strictly necessary for the website to function, and we do not use analytics or tracking technologies.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a business relationship with you. We will not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, our interest in responding to prospective client and supplier enquiries — and, where a contract or pre-contractual relationship exists, on the basis of contract performance.
4. How we store and protect your data

Submitted enquiries are delivered to our secure business email account and stored for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or for up to three years thereafter, whichever is longer.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Data is only shared with:
- Formspree — solely for the purpose of delivering your form submission to us
- Professional advisors (solicitors, accountants) where legally required and subject to confidentiality obligations
- Regulatory authorities, where required by law
6. International transfers
Formspree operates servers in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
